History
Chef Nic has been cooking for 10+ years. He had always dreamed of owning a food truck since he was a young boy. In March 2017 he decided to start making that dream a reality. He quit his job, bought an empty white 1987 Ford E-350 box truck and started to turn it into his vision over the next 11 months. His food is inspired by growing up in St. Louis (which has very unique Chinese food) and the green chile flare of the Southwest. He has combined those into one and come up with our menu of Asian/Southwestern fusion food.
