History

We started out serving from our mobile on location for the film industry and different festivals throughout New Mexico, eventually adding a brick and mortar shop located in Lincoln, NM in 2014. In 2021, we left the building and relocated the mobile to our new address at 505 Calle La Placita in Lincoln - across from the Courthouse Museum.

The Salted Carmel Pecan cookies and expresso coffee was amazing. A must stop place if your passing thru. We were just up the road RVing and went to checkout the Billy the Kid history.
