HistoryMartial Arts & Fitness provides instruction in martial arts to student of all ages. Our doors opened in 1999 when Bob and Caren Lloyd opened doors at the original S. Main St location. They moved the school to the current location shortly after, when business prompted them to a larger studio. Master Bob has earned his fifth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and continues to learn as well as teach. Instructor Caren Lloyd is a second degree black belt and has a degree in early childhood learning. Instructor Daniel Heitkamp is a third degree black belt and is RBT trained in ABA therapy and has worked as a behavior therapist for several years.SpecialtiesMartial Arts & Fitness focuses on family friendly, self-defense based Tae Kwon Do and Jujutsu training. Fitness and real-life application compliment our base in the traditional art and discipline of Korean Tae Kwon Do and Japanese Jujutsu.
