Bumper was taken off by a faulty part in the car wash

Excellent vacuum service interior spotless

Floor mats were hosed down but not completely clean, and left wet. Most of the seats were wet from the mats being thrown back into the car.

My bumper was ripped off by a part of the car wash that was supposed to retract, but didn't
