The Children s Center conducts early intervention program that serves infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and delays. It maintains a staff of health care professionals who offer speech, feeding, occupational and physical therapies. The center also provides consulting services to parents and children. It is a part of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County, N.J, which is a nonprofit agency. The Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County offers assistive technology, special education, clinical and medical services. Its staff of more than 500 employees serves over 1,100 infants annually. The agency operates the Lakeview School and the Treatment Center, as well as conducts organizes various special events. It is affiliated with Rowan College and Union County College and is accredited by the Union County College.
