The African Methodist Episcopal Church, also known as the A.M.E. Church, has a rich history. This church was formed as a protest of slavery. Founders wanted everyone to know that they believed God was meant for all people. Trinity AME Church has been around for more than 200 years and is currently being led by the Rev. M. L. Jones. In addition to Sunday worship services, Bible study takes place on Wednesday nights.
