Fahad Khateeb, MD is a member of Summit Health's Hospitalist Medicine team. As an internal medicine hospitalist, Dr. Khateeb treats and coordinates care for adult patients who require hospital admission. Trained in family medicine, he has experience in various patient care settings including behavioral health, skilled nursing, and long-term acute care facilities, as well as telemedicine.Dr. Khateeb takes pride in creating healthy doctor-patient relationships built on empathy, transparency, compassion, and an emphasis on patient safety. His approach to care recognizes each patients unique needs, honors the diversity of personal identities and backgrounds, and encourages patient involvement in decisions regarding their care.
