Artist Robert O'Connor started the Painted Frame in a small space behind Zoe's Vintage Kitchen. We moved to First Ave in Atlantic Highlands in March 2013 and opened Second Story Art Gallery six months later. We are professional framers and artists and can solve any framing or sculpture mounting challenge. We carry many eco-friendly framing options as well as a wide array of eco-friendly decorative accessories including recycled glassware, frames, soy candles, signs, maps, jewelry, and much more. We also run Second Story Art Gallery featuring original artwork for local and regional artists.
