The Action Room is a no-contract strength training and physical fitness facility. The gym is 2,000 square feet and specializes in group exercise, dance classes and personal training programs. The owner is Piper Williams and she meets with individuals by appointment only. Residents can choose from various classes including yoga, cardio kick, zumba, gliding, spinning, hot iron, urban rebounding, TRX training, hot hula, ballroom dancing and pilates. All classes are taught in a safe and motivating manner. A partner is not required to sign up for ballroom dancing.
