Best subs around for sure and friendly service! They have a drive thru window... never seen that at a deli Skip the corporate Jersey Mikes and get a sub "docs way" here! You won't be disappointed.

Purchased a roast beef and Swiss sub and a corn beef and Swiss sub. It was a sub, nothing special nothing to make me want to return, but wouldn't refuse a sandwich from here either.

Located on Union Street in Lakehurst, Meatheads Subs & Sloppys is known throughout the community as "the little shop with the big sandwiches." Meatheads uses Thuman's cold cuts and the coleslaw is homemade. The sandwiches are big, too. Meatheads' website boasts that customers have to wrap up their lunches to finish for dinner. This eatery is open until 2:30pm every day, but because the shop gets so busy at lunchtim it recommends between 9am - 11am for lunchtime pickup. It also offers catering services and a full menu is available on company's website.
