This place is held together by duck tape and gum. Basements flood / Heat doesn't work when severely cold out. maintenance guys try hard but are handicapped by management. Poorly run - great...

Run from this place. Constantly giving out misinformation about my status of application/terms on the leases. Basement floods and the maintenance man says he will be back after lunch hour.
