As a General Manager of Ichiumi and Todai, Harry Lee spent 4 years to prepare this restaurant. All broths Shokudo use are made in premises from scratch. Shokudo's Tonkotsu broth is the best of all. Absolutely no smell of fatty pork and no grease taste. This 24 hours boiling Technic was developed by Harry with special ingredients. Shokudo is proud of Tonkotsu broth and highly confident that everyone will enjoy this healthy and tasteful ramens.
