Westbridge Academy, formerly called The Child Development Center, is a a nonprofit school that serves ages five to 21 with behavioral and learning disabilities. Students are divided into groups of six by age and are instructed by a teacher and a teacher's aide. Students engage in art, computer lab, physical education, media skills, family life and library arts activities through the day. There are also art contests, talent shows, a science fair and student of the week/month to help students increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
