X-Cel Fitness Professionals offers personal training to children, men and women. A fitness program tailored in accordance to an individual client's needs is used, whether the client is looking to tone, improve performance in a sport, recover from an injury or something else. Training occurs in private, pairs or groups, and offers resistance training, diet, supplementation, body-balancing movements, cardiovascular workouts, plyometrics, self-defense training, kickboxing, boxing, empowerment/meditation, sport-specific training and more. The trainer is one of only 8 Master RKC's in the word and specializes in kettlebell training. The trainer also features bodyweight and flexibility training. Furthermore, aspiring athletes may sign up for a class that uses explosive power development.
