HistoryUSA Koi was started from my house when I lived in Sewell, NJ. At the time we just sold high end Japanese koi to customers on the internet. At the time most of our clients would buy their koi to enter into koi shows and we would ship them all across the USA. We would also travel to the same koi shows all across the country selling Japanese Koi. As time went on we moved to a store front in Glassboro, NJ and we continued to sell koi on the internet but we also started to wholesale koi to koi shops across the US. Because our shop in Glassboro was all inside we were not able to have any actual koi ponds like you might have outside. We did have thousands of koi at the facility and many high end products but we wanted to have some outside displays. It was then in 2004 that we decided to move to our Fish Pond Road location.
