Hi! Im Rachel and it is my mission to help as many people as I can, live their healthiest, happiest and fullest life. I am a Certified Personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I have helped hundreds of clients lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, and overcome injuries and pain that had been holding them back from living the life they deserve. My goal is to help men and women of all ages realize their potential and finally be able to reach their goals. We only have one body and one life so we have to take care of it. When training with me, you will learn proper technique for working out, as well as gain the knowledge of what your body needs and how to best apply it. Workouts will be filled with fun, unique exercises that will be tailored specifically towards your desires and goals. Nutrition is another key component when it comes to my clients accomplishing what they have always dreamed of. After attending Nutrition school, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge in this field which is something that can't be overlooked when trying to reach health and fitness goals. I teach my clients what the best foods are for their individual bodies and how to eat more intuitively without restrictive dieting. I am passionate about fitness because it has completely changed my life and I want to help you change yours!
