Owners Dominick Glynn and Bernie Goncalves opened Dillon's in 2008. Offering traditional Irish fare and contemporary coastal cuisine, Dillon's is a chic, comfortable, upscale restaurant and bar with exposed brick walls, wood floors, a New York-style bar and cozy fireplace seating. Featuring a "scratch kitchen," Dillon's has a seasonal menu with prime meats, hand-filleted sushi-grade fish, and homemade pasta and desserts. There is a full bar with 13 beers on tap, many fine wines and signature drinks.
Dillon's also hosts corporate and private events.
