About Landmark Surveys Otto Rossmeyer, the President and Owner, founded Landmark Surveys, LLC in 2002 after a successful career as a Technical Manager and Project Surveyor with several other large, New Jersey surveying companies. Otto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying & Mapping Science from East Tennessee State University. He currently serves as President of the Rolling Hills Chapter of New Jersey Professional Land Surveyors ( NJPLS ) and is a full member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping ( ACSM ). Our staff is continually updating their technical knowledge and staying informed about local, state and federal regulations. We use only state-of-the-art equipment for the most accurate and precise results. Landmark's inventory includes the most technologically advanced robotic instruments and GPS surveying systems, enabling quick turnaround and increased production.
