Founded in 1975 in Bristol, Pennsylvania, following Pennco Institutes's 1973 acquisition of Philco School of Electronics and Ford Motor's Philco-Ford School of Automotive Technology, Pennco Tech opened its Blackwood facility in 1984. The 12-acre Erial Road complex offers the following programs: air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, automotive technology, automotive body and paint, diesel/truck technology, electrician, mechanical/CAD drafting and electronic/CAD drafting, medical assistant and pharmacy technician. Training is conducted in two buildings totaling 124,708 square feet.
