The Opportunity Project works to help people with brain injuries rebuild satisfying lives. Founded in 1993, the organization offers vocational and social support services in a 14,000 square foot facility that includes a library, kitchen facilities and computer workstations.
Activities are centered around a work-oriented clubhouse where members build vocational skills, self-esteem and confidence in their abilities. The Opportunity Project also offers members information about benefits, transportation, education and employment opportunities.
