Okay I use the bus constantly now and I usually have no issues I understand if the bus arriving late but to completely don't show at all is unacceptable.

I frequent the NJ Transit train, mostly via the Dover line to visit family in Nj. I think it's a pretty convenient way to travel there. I have never had an issue with delays or incorrect track...
