The Monmouth County Arts Council has the mission of “enriching the community and fostering the arts.” It gives service and assistance to improve the quality of arts and life in the Monmouth County area. It has an artists registry where professional artists can be hired by businesses or arts groups for festivals and events. It works with local groups and aims to provide the whole Monmounth County with plans to improve cultural arts in the communities.
