History
We started our business back in 1995 teaching once a week at church hall on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We then taught in Queens, NY and Scotch Plains, NJ. We opened up our own studio in 1999 on Park Avenue Scotch Plains and are here ever since. We also have a location in Ewing, NJ. We teach beginners though Championship level Irish Dance. We teach solo and team dancing to children and adults alike. Students can dance for fitness and fun or take the competitive path. We have produced many champion dancers, have won many regional and national titles and took a World Globe back to New Jersey in 2017 when our team took 2nd Place at the World Irish Dance Championships in Glasgow. We come from a country rich in culture and are proud to pass on our tradition.

The Marie Moore School of Irish Dance has been operating for almost 30 years. The school is a place where every student works at their own place and level and each class is created to enhance the skill of the student and where each student gets the level of attention they deserve. A highly successful competitive school, their students compete regionally, nationally and internationally and have graced the stage of the World Irish Dance Championships many times. The students also give back to their communities, dancing at Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, schools and many other events.
