A NEW CHAPTER FOR MANGIA TOSCANO Mangia Toscano Will Reopen in October as a Full Service Restaurant & Caterer Gina and Edoardo will always remember the warm reception Metuchen gave them and their food, and their many customers. The new owners are Ivan Guarducci and Alberto Buglione, Gina’s nephew. They will transform Mangia Toscano into an open kitchen restaurant that will serve food in the Tuscan tradition. The new owners have cooked at Daniel in New York City, Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, and Arnolfo in Colle Val D’Elsa in Italy. Visit the new Mangia Toscano when it reopens in October. The interior will be contemporary Tuscan with imported Italian décor. The tradition of imported Italian ingredients and Tuscan cuisine in Metuchen continues; catering and takeout available.
