Lindeblad School of Music aims to enrich the Montville community by providing comprehensive music education to students of all ages and abilities. Its enthusiastic faculty focuses on guiding each student in developing a deep understanding of music, expanding their artistic expression and achieving their individual goals. Its goal is to foster a life long enjoyment of music in its students and enhance arts awareness and appreciation in the community.
The school also offers private and group piano and voice lessons, as well as music skills and early childhood music programs. Private music lessons are offered in 30-, 45-, 60-, 90-minute intervals on Steinway pianos. The music skills program aims to spark kids' interest in music through song, games, stories, improvisation, movement and more. It is for children ages 5-8. The early childhood music program is for kids ages 3 and 4 and allows children to discover music through dancing, singing and playing instruments.
