Atrocious service. Staff could care less. Will never go here again. Place was not busy (know why now) and still took over ten minutes to get a bagel not toasted with butter.

Mediocre bagels. I'm not sure there's anything else to say here. Maybe their sandwiches are better but I didn't try any. All I know is I'll be getting my bagels somewhere else.
