George's areas of practice are oriented toward litigation and trial work. He represents plaintiffs in automobile and personal injury, malpractice, and employment law matters. He also handles substantial federal and state defense litigation and is an approved attorney for the MEL Joint Insurance Fund. In the fields of commercial, real estate and land use law, his practice consists of simple as well as complex real estate and business contracts, buy/sell agreements for partnerships, LLCs and shareholder agreements, zoning and planning applications and appeals, contract litigation and adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy litigation. He represents both men and women in divorce actions involving substantial financial issues. A graduate of Moorestown Friends School, George received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ. He was law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Kramer J.S.C. retired and the Honorable Gilbert M. VanSciver J.S.C. retired. George also served in the military as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Reserve National Guard. He has practiced law in Burlington since 1975, first as a sole practitioner and since 1980, as Hulse & Germano. George is a member of the Burlington County and NJ State Bar Associations, Loyal Order of Free Masons, Blue Lodge No.32, Kiwanis Club International, Burlington Chapter, Brotherhood of Elks, Burlington Lodge, and Loyal Order of Moose, Riverside Lodge. He is a former member of the Burlington County Attorney District Ethics Committee.
