Hot & Soul Yoga opened in 2011 in Middletown offering the Hottest Yoga in Monmouth County. In 2018 we re-located to a larger space in Middletown featuring 2 Hot Studios, a Hot Yoga Studio and a Hot Barre Studio. with Showers, Child Care and ample parking. In 2019 our second location Hot & Soul Yoga Colts Neck opened its doors. This beautiful and spacious studio lies within the heart of Colts Neck and is as equally as HOT as it's sister studio!
