Holy Name Hospital's own fitness center takes a balanced, medically-based approach to fitness with a holistic approach that teaches members to produce desired results, improve their health and address serious issues. FitLinxx software allows users to track their progress; BodyAge technology helps members learn their fitness age rather than chronological age. Partnerships between the Medical Center's doctors and the fitness center keep members with health issues on track. The 23,000-square-foot facility offers more than 65 classes per week including yoga, pilates, strength, cycling, trekking and Zumba. The new YouthFit program targets children ages 10 to 17.
