Heirloom Kitchen is an evolving culinary center offering dinner service in a open kitchen, cooking classes, and a carefully curated selection of kitchen wares and table-top. We are committed to sourcing the finest quality ingredients and creating both elevated and interactive dining experiences. Heirloom Kitchen is now offering dinner service. We offer chef's table seating around our kitchen island where guests can watch Chef Viana and his team prepare and artfully present their dishes. Communal seating at our Farm Table and more traditional dining options are also available. Chef Viana's menu, changing with the seasons and often weekly, features modern, playful takes on American classics. Our cooking school offers a variety of hands-on classes from pasta-making, healthy cooking, ethnic cooking, basic skills, and making the most of the season's fresh produce, to digging into a four-course meal you've made yourself (with a little help from our prestigious chefs, local butcheries, fisheries, and farms).
