Training is catered to individuals including weight training, calisthenics, plyometrics, yoga, restorative yoga, and mobility stretching. Develop a healthy relationship with exercising. Certified Yoga Instructor: vinyasa based. I am also trained in aerial yoga, restorative yoga, reiki, and meditation techniques. ACE certified personal trainer. Client's workouts include weight training, calisthenics, and plyometrics. I love to develop programs based my clients goals; whether it be to loose some weight, tone up, do your first pull up, or finish your first obstacle race.
