Work 1-on-1 with trainer Teddy Mercer! Classes include general fitness, strength training, martial arts, boxing, and more! There are many personal training packages available to meet your own individual needs, depending on your fitness goals. We offer 5, 10, 15 and 20 session packages. Packages come in either half hour or hour sessions. Your training plan will be personalized by your trainer in order to accommodate your fitness level and continue to be modified as you strengthen and improve.
