Gratitude Yoga combines the mindfulness of meditation with the physical awareness of yoga poses to create an environment that relaxes, rejuvenates and reawakens the mind, body and soul. A variety of classes are offered, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa, as well as gentler forms, prenatal yoga and yoga for kids. Classes are held on a donation basis, where practicioners may pay the suggested donation fee, or help out with chores around the studio in exchange for lessons.
