Brought my dog there for a grooming and when we picked him up he looked terrible. His hair is all choppy and uneven. I'll never go back there.

I've been going to Fur Balls for quite a few times. I do find the owner Mitch not that affectionate towards the business nor towards my dog. I think he forgets that my dog is really my family....
