History
It all started three generations back in 1923 when my great grandfather owned a home in Brant Beach. My grandparents told me of all the storms that destroyed parts of the island and bridges. They kept coming back to rebuild and vacation on LBI. Vacations became longer and eventually, some of the family moved here year around. As long as I can remember, I spent every summer of my life on LBI. As a Township lifeguard, I grew to love this remarkable, family-friendly island like never before. I got to know every mile of sand and beach, along with many families, friends and business owners. After culinary/hospitality college, I returned with a yearning to open a restaurant on the island. With the leading of my oldest brother and his wife, we were able to start a small, seafood take out and fish market. Brothers, sisters, mom and dad and even grandmother pitched in the first couple of years until we all branched out to start more businesses.. The rest is history!
