Eemas Cuisine is strictly a pop-up food vendor and can be found at farmers' markets, annual food festivals, and monthly night markets in Jersey City & NY. We produce food for our markets and catering orders at our commercial kitchen in Orange, NJ. For an up-to-date market or event schedule, follow us on Instagram at @eemascuisine. Feel free to interact with our owner, Chef Flo, who runs the account himself. In the summer of 2015, we popped up in a tent in Jersey City's annual food festival, Project: EATS. It was a weekend planned to show off Musubis or Hawaiian Rice Balls with various proteins. In simple terms, it was a huge success. Our hot & savory offering of Hawaiian-inspired cuisine was definitely something desired in the area.
