Dr. Stemmer is in solo private practice since 1996 in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Uro-Gynecology. He completed his medical studies at Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical School., Jerusalam, Israel. He has an undergraduate and graduate degree in Bioengineering from Columbia University School of Engineering, N.Y.C. He completed his residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial University Medical Center Savannah, GA and a Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at the Graduate hospital, Philadelphia, PA. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA, board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His office is in Haddonfield, NJ, and he maintains admitting privileges to several area hospitals, including Virtua Hospitals, Kennedy Memorial Health System and Cooper University Hospital.
