Don Pablo's is a great place for a fun lunch or dinner. The first thing you're greeted with when you come in the door is a large frame with a glass enclosure displaying several dozen photos of patrons smiling and wearing sombreros, capturing the kind of laughs that accompany the good food here. The building itself is very lively featuring open beam-style architecture, a 20-foot ceiling, oversized murals, banners and colorful decor, which create a fun and open atmosphere. Its bold Tex-Mex menu covers everything you think it would: tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, flautas and more. For those indecisive eaters, Don Pablo's offers a number of combo platters to sample a bit of everything. It also features a separate bar area with a few TVs for sports fans who don't want to miss the big game. This location can be found in the East Gate shopping center. For large parties, it's a good idea to call ahead. During the dinner rush and on weekends, its tables tend to fill up fast.
