History
We opened our doors in 2012 and hit the ground running doing desserts for country clubs and restaurants. Delightful Abundance began with the idea that great desserts should be available to all restaurants, not just those who have in-house pastry chefs! We have since added the talents of Roger Pierson, and ICE graduate and chef extraordinnaire, as well as the downright amazing dessert genius of Ms. Stephanie SaintCyr (who otherwise spends her time offering counseling services to the chefs at DA as well as the general public).

Born from the love of great food, Delightful Abundance is owned and operated by Andrew Benedict, a pastry chef and all-around foodie, Roger Pierson, an ICE graduate, and Stephanie SaintCyr, a dessert Muse. Our chefs create from scratch, just for you, to ensure that you receive the freshest best desserts possible. No additives or preservatives and using the best possible ingredients.
