The Chabad Center holds offers both religious and secular recreational and educational activities for children and adults of any faith, as well as Jewish worship services.
Programs are available for a wide age range from newborn to teens, and for children with special needs. They include Mommy/Daddy and Me for babies, day camp for kids, special needs recreational activities, and teen programs. Teens can take part in community outreach volunteer activities, such as nursing home visitation, as well as on-site programs such as the special needs programs.
Adult programs include Jewish education and philosophy study groups, cooking classes and a women's mikvah. Adults also have volunteer opportunities to serve the Wayne area, such as driving the "Mitzvah Shuttle" to take elders to doctors' appointments and on other essential errands.
