The "new" Caldwell Diner re-opened on the morning of Saturday, April 9, 2011 after an accidental fire closed the popular restaurant in August 2010. Owners Penny and Gus Apostolopoulos were on hand to welcome customers to the completely restored restaurant. The Caldwell Diner is an old-style, family diner with a coffee counter and booth seating. Pancakes, French toast and burgers are favorites.
