The Watchung Hills Elks Lodge is the local chapter of one of the largest fraternal orgainzations in the world. The Elks work to support youth athletic and academic programs, as well as provide support to military veterans. The local lodge sponsors an annual soccer shoot-out for young players, hosts outdoor barbeques and features indoor games such as shuffleboard and pool. Inside the Wachung Hills Elks lodge, guests can relax and chat by the large fireplace, or enjoy professional sports on one of the televisions placed near the long bar. Outside, the lodge offers tree-shaded picnic grounds, and picnic tables near Warren's famous grotto.
