Many people start fitness programs and join gyms looking to lose weight and only a few are successful. This is why people succeed. 1) They have a support system in and out of the gym ( it is important to have friends and family outside of the gym that do what you do to keep you accountable your trainer isn't watching you) *You are around people that want to see you succeed. When co-workers, spouses and other circles of influence fail you in terms of support, your BFF's don't. 2) They are competitive ( Many people train in a lackadaisical manner while in 1-on-1 situations but as soon as there's a contest, they REALLY work) * We will have small competitions and we recognize those who have success. When you see Mary lose weight you will want to as well. 3) They are happy ( Working out in the morning will be the best thing you ever did. You start your day off with YOU in mind. We specialize in creating an environment that keeps the body working and active while our participants have fun. We specialize in appreciating our members, making sure that they are happy and motivated to come to class every day. We take your goals seriously with our fitness assessments. Whether your goal is to lower your blood pressure or body fat, we meticulously track your progress and when necessary have one on one appointments to make sure you reach YOUR goals. To be perfectly honest, our specialty is you! As far as exercise goes, we use many techniques including, yoga, stability training and weightlifting. From time to time, guest trainers will be brought in a spice up your workout and bring dance and yoga into the mix. An efficient body can work through and handle many forms of exertion and that's what we give you.
