I have been involved with different phases of residential and commercial construction since the the late 80's. This evolved into becoming a New Jersey licensed home inspector in 2016. I am also a licensed radon measurement provider as well as a NJPMA Credentialed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector. All residential inspections are conducted following the New Jersey Standards of Inspection and all commercial inspections following Nachi Standards. My reports are include photos and are usualy available within 24 hours of the inspection.
