Aura grew up in Colombia. She spent five years at University to obtain her degree in International Business Administration. She then spent an additional year obtaining her certificate as a Human Talent Specialist. Aura speaks both Spanish and English. She loves being bilingual as it gives her the capability to connect to more people both personally and professionally. Her professional background includes working for her local government in the town of Armenia. Aura worked in Human Resources sourcing talent, hiring, and developing contracts for new hires. She trained, developed, and certified her team members.
