Established in 1906, the Audubon Fire Department is comprised of more than 70 members and responds to over 400 calls each year. It works to provide fire suppression and prevention and emergency medical services. The department houses pumps, rescue squads and vans, engines, trucks, cars and command vehicles. The Audubon Fire Department offers information regarding fire prevention, extinguishers and smoke detectors. It operates a communication center that coordinates responses to fire and medical emergency and nonemergency calls. It is located in Audubon, N.J.
