The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority, also known as ACCVA, is a private, nonprofit agency created through a merger between the Atlantic City Convention Center Authority and the Greater Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Bureau. The authority provides accommodation services for conventions, meetings, tour groups, and business and leisure travels. It also arranges for the casual dining. The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority also hosts various sports activities. It is supported by a membership of more than 400 businesses in the hotels, restaurants and transportation companies. The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority is accredited by the Destination Marketing Accreditation Program.
