Founded in 1912 as a small dairy, Johanna Foods has since grown into a manufacturer of a variety of chilled juices, beverages and other foods. Its products include orange, grapefruit and pineapple juices; lemon, cherry, orange and fruit punch drink boxes; iced tea; and yogurt and custard. They are sold under the Tree Ripe, Ssips, Sabor Latino and La Yogurt brand names to retailers throughout the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States. Johanna Foods was founded by Max and Julius Piser, who named the company after their young niece. The company has headquarters in Flemington, N.J. The company recently acquired Pasco Beverage Company of Dade City, N.J.
