We at Aatmayog, make an Humble attempt to help you connect your body and mind work in sync and help you lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. We've been serving Princeton, Piscataway, and the surrounding areas for 14 years. However, we are happy to announce we are holding classes virtually and able to help more than just local students. This is a traditional Yoga Practice and all our learnings and teachings come from the ancient, traditional, sources from the ancient Indian Rishis(spiritual teachers/wise men-women)including Patanjali's Yoga sutras and Bhagwad Gita. Pratibha has over 40 years of personal experience, as well as being certified and registered.
