Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua is a liberal spiritual facility that does not associate itself with any particular religious beliefs. Instead, members of the church promote acceptance of others, personal spiritual development and social justice within the global community. The church has been a "Welcoming Congregation" since 1998, which means that it has intentionally taken steps to invite interested members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities to its services. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua also offers Services of Holy Union ceremonies for same-sex couples and supports the legalization of same-sex marriage in the state of New Hampshire.
